Introduction

  3. The Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions herein that govern the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Eligibility of the Consumer

  1. The consumer affirms they have full legal capacity under Islamic law and applicable regulations to engage with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  2. The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they will bear full legal responsibility for any resulting consequences.

Article Three – Nature of Commitment

  1. The store's commitment to the consumer is to provide the product or service.
  2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales support or other related services, depending on the nature of the product or service ordered by the consumer.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s online platform in accordance with public morals and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer also agrees not to misuse any product or service obtained from the store in a way that contravenes public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon registering for an account on the store platform, the consumer agrees to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and to immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or breach of account security.
  2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from disclosure of username or password.
  3. The consumer agrees to use their account personally and is fully responsible for any use by others, which shall be considered as authorized use.
  4. Use the store seriously and honestly.
  5. Provide accurate, complete, current, and lawful information when registering, and update this information as needed.
  6. The store commits to maintaining the confidentiality of personal data and contact information.
  7. If it becomes evident that the consumer has provided false, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, the store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel the consumer’s account, without prejudice to its other rights.
  8. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension, cancellation, or restricted access to the store’s services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Contact Methods

  1. The parties agree to communicate through the email registered on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all communications, agreements, notices, and other messages sent electronically have the same legal standing as written ones.
  3. The consumer agrees to receive messages from the store, whether directed to all users or to specific users.

Article Seven – Modifications to the Terms of Use and Fees

  1. If any provision of this agreement is canceled or rendered invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.
  2. This agreement—subject to periodic amendments—forms the basis of the understanding between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain services depending on the requested products or any government-imposed taxes.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services

  1. The store offers payment services via its partners and may use online payment methods or other methods introduced from time to time.
  2. The store commits to clearly displaying the market-based price for each product or service.
  3. The store will issue invoices, receipts, and acknowledgments for all transactions and will provide the consumer with a purchase invoice.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

  1. The store owns all intellectual property rights related to its platform, whether established before or after its creation.
  2. The consumer agrees to respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including its name, logos, symbols, and branding, all of which are fully owned by the store.

Article Ten – Store’s Liability

  1. The store commits to operating legally under the laws of Saudi Arabia and in accordance with this agreement.
  2. The store is not liable for any claims resulting from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or from the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. The store and its representatives affirm that all products and services offered are lawful and permitted for use within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Eleven – Account Suspension or Access Restriction

The store may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or cancel the consumer’s account or restrict their access to the platform’s services for any reason.


Article Twelve – Governing Law

This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi authorities.


Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any provision in this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. The agreement, which may be updated periodically, represents the full understanding and contract between the store and the consumer.

  1. Arabic is the official language for interpreting the terms of this agreement, even if translated.
  2. Product and service prices may be updated from time to time.
  3. Promotional and marketing offers are temporary, and the store may amend or terminate them at any time.
  4. The parties agree to engage in a manner that complies with Islamic principles and the applicable legal framework.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision from store management.
