1. Without prejudice to the contractual or statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange a product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product may not be exchanged after this period has passed.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before processing an exchange to ensure it is in proper condition.
  3. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs for any exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company.
  4. In the event of defects or an error, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


  1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or in accordance with specifications determined by the consumer — unless the product has a defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
  2. If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or any other form of printed content.
  4. If the defect in the product resulted from the consumer’s improper use or handling.
  5. If the contract relates to accommodation, transport, catering, or similar services.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software or digital products delivered online.


Return Policy


  1. Without prejudice to the contractual or statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The product may not be returned after this period has passed.

  3. The consumer shall bear the costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the consumer is fully responsible for all shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company.
